Big Red’s adventure (day 8)

I was so excited to get moving today. We took my long arm (Blue Angel) in to A1 for a complete overhaul. I finally got to meet Randy. He has always been very helpful. I've had my machine for over 10 years and it needs help. Ni have ALWAYs had perfect customer service with this company. And it truly is the smoothest Long Arm I have ever tried. They are in Springfield, Missouri. Our first quilt shop for the day was in Ozark, Missouri, called Sew Simple Quilt Shop. They have very nice fabric and fun people. They have Facebook live, an online store, and open sewing. They also carry their own Block of the Month. They also are a dealer for Innova Long Arms. Our next stop was the Quilted Cow. They have been open since 2010. They have their own grab and go kits, Wednesdays are their Facebook live and Tuesdays are their website live. A very fun shop with nice people. Our third show was Quilts and Quilts the fabric shop. Oh my! What a store. They have been open for almost 41 years! They are closed on Wednesdays and Sundays. They have several rooms of fabrics. A room for minky, a room for Christmas etc. I could have spent much more time there and lots of money. Very nice owner. Our 4th shop was Ozark Quilts. They have quilts (and some Amish quilts) and quilted bags for sale, (a lot of Donna Sharp items) and nice fabric for $6.99 a yard! The owner and employee were very present. The last quilt shop of the day was Homestead Fabrics and Quilts. They have been open for two years. They have a Long Arm (Bernina computerized) she hold small classes on Saturdays, has an online store. She carrys wool, cross stitch, needle punch, patterns, kits, and Quilter's Select templates. Before we went back to our room my husband wanted to stop at an Angler shop. How could I possible say no. After a rest we went out for dinner at Landshark at Branson Landing. We had a great table to watch the water show. They didn't rush us out and we got to people watch, watching the water show. Great day. My shoes never disappointed.
