PLAN #1 $1100 + tax

"I want it all." Sewing machines, studio facilities, meals, lodging, massage therapist, heated spa, and shuttle from/to Tucson International Airport (after 2 pm on Sunday) are provided. A day trip to Tubac (artist colony) OR Quilt Shop Hopping and lunch is included.

A welcoming chocolate will be on your pillow.

PLAN #2 $675 + tax

"I'll be staying somewhere else." Lunch will be provided daily, but breakfast and dinner will be on your own. Sewing machines and studio facilities are provided. A day trip to Tubac (artist colony) OR Quilt Shop Hopping and lunch is included. Massage therapist is optional. There is no shuttle service to other residences.

As many as 9 people may participate.You may bring your own sewing machine and items if desired.

Each sewing station includes a new Bernette (by Bernia) sewing machine, sewing cabinet, Koala chair, LED light, and a 6 plug power strip. There are 4 irons and boards, 3 idea boards, and 3 large cutting tables.

Open sewing is available day and night. Cute projects and a mystery quilt are available. Walking areas surround us. Saguaro National Park is 30 minutes away.

**New---Massage Therapist provided**

Lodging is in our home, using 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has 2 bunk beds (1 twin over a double and 1 twin over twin) with STAIRS, not ladders (Video overview is below). Two full bathrooms and one half bath are provided. Indoor heated spa. Dining is in the Arizona Room, or on the patio. The studio is attached to the house with entrance via the Arizona Room.

Full Retreat Payment Details

1. A $100 non-refundable deposit (+ tax) due at booking.

2. 60 days prior to retreat, Balance due (+tax)

3. Zelle is the preferred payment method. Bank ACH, Venmo, PayPal, credit/debit cards, and checks are accepted.

4. Refunds: After non-refundable deposit, 100% refundable until 31 days prior. 30-15 days prior to retreat, 75% refundable. 14-8 days prior to retreat, 50% refundable, 7 or less days prior to retreat, 25% refundable, (minus bank processing fee).

5. Retreats after MAY 1, 2026 will have this new cancellation policy.

Refunds: Deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation notice 60 days or more prior to retreat is 90% refundable. Cancellation up to 30 days prior is 50% refundable. No refund with less than 30 days cancellation notice.

6. We strongly recommend trip cancellation insurance. A couple of examples would be: AIG Travel Guard or Allianz Travel Insurance.

Important Information

You will need to bring your own sewing supplies, i.e. pins, scissors, fabrics, etc. A fabrics requirement list will be sent for the ½ day project or mystery quilt wall hanging upon receipt of $100 deposit.

Airport transportation on Sunday begins at 2 pm or later.

Please leave children and pets at home (unless they are our grandchildren).
