We started out seeing the house I grew up in in Garden Grove, driving by Tustin high school where my husband and I met at a football game. We also drove by Disneyland where we worked while in college. We then drove to the ORANGE QUILT BEE in Orange California. What a very cute store and very pleasant employees. Lots of extra goodies also. I got to pick up a large amount of Bosal on a roll! The store was in a nice area and parking was in back. Lots of ladies there for a class. We then headed to CANDY’s QUILTWORKS in Northridge. Don’t judge a book by its cover here. It looks like a warehouse in downtown LA. It has been around a while. But they were nice and had cute fun things as well as having nice fabric. Parking is best in back. It’s on a very busy street. Next we went to CHERRY BERRY QUILT COMPANY in Bakersfield. My van got lots of attention and I met a lady there from Arizona! The parking lot is huge. And the store is very nice, has nice fabric as well as nice
employees.
