This was a huge success. I did not know a soul that was coming but we all got to know one another and now we all have new friends. I understand they want to come back for another project. I am very happy. Mark your calendars for June 12th, in the afternoon. The project is cute and small and inexpensive. Come relax, and have fun. Dessert will be included! (root-beer float).
Every one had their own machine to work at. They didn't have to bring one, it was here waiting for them.
The simple table runner turned out very well for everyone. All had great ideas for embellishments. (like buttons or tassels)
We then had a nice foot soak in the SPOOL and got to chat with our masks on and shoes off. The SPOOL could have been a little cooler. While we dangled our toes my husband prepared our desserts of cheese cakes and strawberries paired with Sanpellegrino (prickly pear and orange sparkling drink)
We sat outside watching the birds. The breeze was nice enough that the hot weather did not bother us at all. When done eating dessert all the guests got a Mary Kay satin hands treatment then packed up and went home. Thank you all for attending....hope to see you next month. RESERVE YOUR SPOT EARLY.
