What a year! As I get up and rolling again I am excited to present a few projects....The new Block of the Month will be "DESERT ICONS" for 12 months. Do one, 3, or all of the 12.
I supply the applique fabric with steam-a-seam already attached. You supply the 10" squares of background (a LAYER CAKE works great with this, in your colors) You will need a JELLY ROLL for the border and sashing. Starting February 10th at 1pm,
March 2nd 1pm, April 13th 1pm. Classes are $30 each and if you pay for 2 or more it's $25 each. Reservations are required. Call me at 360-798-7373. Young and older are invited. Some sewing skills are required.
The stuffed Christmas Tree class will go on until Christmas. Make your appointment with me. All supplies included and it is about 1.5 hours. (Fun with Grandma). $20 class and $15 for each friend, or relative that comes with you.
The FeatherWeight group meets the 1st Tuesday of each month at 10am until noon. This group is fun. Somethimes we make a project or we do our own thing. This is a no cost get together.
On the 23rd of February I will be going to the Quilt Fiesta at the Pima County Fairgrounds. If you want to save on parking meet me at my house and we can go in
BIG RED. Pay me $1 instead of the $7. I will leave at 9am. Let me know if you want to ride with me.
On the 24th of February at 1pm I will be doing the PODCATS class. This can be made into
a pillow or exchange one of your cat blocks and include it in the wall hanging.
Youth sewing camps will start up again in late Spring.
If you want a class for yourself (private lesson) I will be glad to help. $25 an hour. Bring your machine or use mine.
Suggest a class and I will consider it.
