Sunflowers and a table runner

My commissioning to do the table runner gave me warm fuzzies as Deb was going to give it to her mom. I know table runners get laundered more than quilts so I suggested a more substantial batting be used. I used a Polyester from Quilters Dream.

A large leaf quilted pattern is in each block.

Deb will do her own binding.

When Lynn received her Sunflower quilt she was so excited. It will be for her grandson who loves sunflowers. I am not sure what side of the quilt I like better, the top or the back. I applied the binding but Lynn will finish it. The variegated thread really makes the quilting pop.
